A $2.9 million revamp of the Peerless Pool Complex was announced by Governor Andrew Cuomo in August, 2017. The revamp of the complex included a list of new features to improve the experience of visiting families. Improvements to the Peerless Pool Complex included:
New entrance plaza and courtyard with new benches, bike racks, lighting and landscaping;
A large shade canopy and three covered shelters available for public rental;
Enhanced sightlines for lifeguards from the office to the swimming areas; and
Improved bathhouse accessibility for people with disabilities.
Schoharie Co. E-911 Center
The project consisted of a new stand alone building of approximately 2,500 square feet that houses the new E-911 call center. The call center included auxilary space to be used as a break room, toilet room, and storage room. HA2F was responsible for the design of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for the new building. Design of power distribution for the E-911 equipment and layout of data outlets and required conduits for installation of E-911 equiptment were included in the design.
Animal Protective Foundation
The project consisted of a 360 square foot addition to the already existing APF in Glenville. This addition reconfigured the existing space to include an exam room and new adoption center with cabanas for prospective adoptive families. HA2F was responsible for the design of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for the addition.
